In 2025, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment will conduct inspections on land and minerals in a number of localities.

According to the inspection plan of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE), the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment will conduct two specialized inspection teams on compliance with laws on land, environmental protection, minerals, water resources, surveying and mapping, seas and islands in the two provinces of Quang Tri and Hau Giang.

The Department of Land Resources Planning and Development is assigned to inspect the compliance with land laws on the establishment and implementation of provincial and district-level land use planning and plans; compensation, support and resettlement when the State reclaims land; auction of land use rights; land allocation, land lease, and change of land use purposes; land management and use for projects that do not put land into use or are behind schedule in land use in the localities of Thua Thien Hue, Ca Mau, and Tien Giang provinces.

The Vietnam Minerals Department is assigned to monitor, urge and inspect the implementation of inspection conclusions conducted by the General Department of Geology and Minerals of Vietnam in the provinces of Quang Ninh, Khanh Hoa, Dong Nai, Binh Duong and Long An.
