Package No. 15 (Construction and installation of works) has a bidding value of 67.412 billion VND, with a contract implementation period of 18 months, is being widely auctioned online and is expected to open at 3:00 p.m. on August 4, 2025.
The Dien Bien Provincial Museum Project is invested by the Provincial Civil and Industrial Project Management Board, with a total construction investment of 150 billion VND, using capital from the central budget.
This is a group B project, a level II civil project, with a design term of no less than 50 years. The project implementation period and progress are in the period of 2024 - 2026. The project will be built on a land area of about 6,003m2 in Dien Bien Phu ward.
The scale of investment in building Dien Bien Provincial Museum includes: 3-storey Museum house; yard for organizing traditional ethnic activities; auxiliary items; auxiliary space; equipment.
The investment in building the Provincial Museum in collaboration with the Dien Bien Phu Victory Museum and relics: A1 Hill, Muong Thanh Bridge, Do Cat Tunnel, A1 Cemetery... will create a "Cultural - Historical" Center to preserve and promote the cultural heritage values of Dien Bien province.
