Accordingly, Kinh Bac Dien Bien Casica Joint Stock Company (located at Lot 35, adjacent to 1, Bom La Urban Area, Muong Thanh Ward) leased an area of over 1.9 million m2 of land in Na Son Commune to implement a high-tech casica growing project (phase 1).
Specifically, the land use term (land lease) for an area of over 675 thousand m2 is 50 years, starting from July 1, 2023 (from the date of land use for growing macadamia trees). For an area of over 1.2 million m2, the land lease term is from July 8, 2025 to July 1, 2023. The State leases land with one-time payment for the entire lease term.
The People's Committee of Dien Bien province assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to be responsible for determining specific land prices to calculate land rent, issue land use right certificates and sign land lease contracts with the company after the enterprise completes financial obligations.
Based on the specific land price approved by the Provincial People's Committee, the Dien Bien Provincial Tax Department is responsible for determining the land rent payable according to regulations and issuing a notice to pay the land rent to Kinh Bac Dien Bien C case Joint Stock Company.
