Information from the Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC) on December 10 said that, towards the 71st anniversary of the Vietnam Power Industry's Traditional Day (December 21, 1954 - December 21, 2025), EVNSPC will implement the "Customer Appreciation Month" program in 2025 with the theme "Continuing to join hands to overcome the consequences of natural disasters, accompanying customers to use safe and stable electricity".
Accordingly, EVNSPC will implement many practical and meaningful activities to express gratitude to electricity customers in the management area, in which priority will be given to people and electricity customers in localities heavily affected by storms, floods, and serious flooding in 2025.
EVNSPC organizes visits and supports families with human and property damage caused by natural disasters; organizes visits and supports poor households, lonely elderly people without caregivers, policy families, orphans in difficult circumstances; inspects, guides, supports the repair and installation of new household electrical systems to ensure safe electricity use; gives LED lighting, etc. to customers. EVNSPC also coordinated to visit, give gifts, and express gratitude to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers who are being cared for by the Corporation and its member units; closely coordinated with the Provincial Youth Union of localities in implementing the Rural Road Lighting programs.
In addition, the Corporation also focuses on ensuring safe and stable power supply and improving the quality of customer service, restoring normal operation of the power grid in areas affected by storms and floods with the goal of providing safe and stable long-term electricity for customers using electricity in affected areas. Support customers to check, review, and repair the electrical system after meters to ensure safe and stable use of electricity; combine instructions for safe, stable, economical and efficient use of electricity for customers.
EVNSPC also organizes the introduction, promotion, and guidance on the use of the application "EVN CSKH" and the EVN Customer Care hotline after the announcement and launch of the Vietnam Electricity Group scheduled for December 21, 2025; deploys promotional programs and encourages customers to install applications suitable for the specific context of each location and unit; organizes customer conferences to listen to customer feedback, answer questions, and combine safe, economical and effective electricity consultation. Grate, give gifts, and thank industrial production customers and large electricity consumers for actively coordinating with units to participate in relocation work to ensure safe and stable electricity supply in 2025; free installation of meters, cleaning of transformer stations for businesses, supporting customers' transformation testing.
At the same time, strengthen guidance and propaganda to customers on safe, economical and efficient use of electricity in daily life, especially fire and explosion prevention due to power outages through channels such as: Live conference, consultation via CSKH switchboard, App, Web, messages, social networks, coordination of propaganda with press agencies, coordination with mass organizations, political - social agencies, etc.
EVNSPC's Customer Appreciation Month 2025 will take place in December 2025, but can be extended until before the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo in 2026 depending on the situation and actual circumstances in each locality and unit.
