Joy on the new bridge
On April 27, Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC) organized the handover and putting into use the repair and upgrading project of Ngoon Rach Ong bridge (Dong Thanh commune, Chau Thanh district, Hau Giang province).
After nearly 1 month of construction, the project has been completed and put into use, serving the needs of travel, trade of goods, ensuring security and order in the area, in accordance with the criteria for building new rural areas. This is the joy of local people when the bridge that has been degraded for many years has a new look.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Hoang Thang - Director of Hau Giang Power Company shared the joy with the people of Dong Thanh commune. The new and solid new bridge not only facilitates the travel but also shows the companion of the electricity industry with the locals. In the coming time, the Director of Hau Giang Power Company wishes to continue to receive support from the people, together to build a beautiful new and beautiful countryside.
It is known that EVNSPC has supported 100 million VND to repair, reinforce foundations, piers, and widen the bridge bed to 3.5 m. In particular, the bridge is also equipped with a solar lighting system, with remote control, making it convenient for use.
At the ceremony, Chairman of Dong Thanh Commune People's Committee Pham Hoang Tan expressed his gratitude to the collective leadership of EVNSPC and local people. At the same time, we hope that people will preserve and conserve well so that the project can be effective in the long term.
On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day, the 50th anniversary of EVNSPC "Building - Developing - Lighting Up Trust" (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), EVNSPC presented many gifts to households that have contributed and supported EVNSPC in the work of building and developing key power grids in the area.
Powering key projects
On the same evening, EVNSPC directed the Southern Power Project Management Board to organize acceptance and energize the completion of the project "Tan Phu Thanh 110kV Transformer Station and connecting lines", Hau Giang province.
This is a key project responding to the emulation movement "90 days of effort - Completion of energizing 50 110kV power grid projects", celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the 50th anniversary of the construction and development of EVNSPC.
The scale of the project includes 2 parts. The 110kV substation is designed with a capacity of 2x40MVA, this phase is pre-installed with a 40MVA transformer. The 110kV line consists of 2 1.074 km long lines passing through Chau Thanh A district and Chau Thanh district, Hau Giang province. The total investment is nearly 74 billion VND, from commercial loans and equity of EVNSPC.
The construction goal is to provide electricity to meet the load needs of Tan Phu Thanh Industrial Park and neighboring loads in Chau Thanh A district, Hau Giang province. At the same time, filling the existing Chau Thanh 110kV station, ensuring the load demand for Chau Thanh A district, meeting the N-1 criterion... contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of Chau Thanh A district in particular and Hau Giang province in general.
Previously, on March 22, EVNSPC closed the technical acceptance dien for phase 1 of the project. During the construction and energization process, the Southern Power Project Management Board and its affiliated units received active support from local authorities and close coordination between related units.
