Cao Bang - In the context of heavy rain in the northern provinces, electricity and telecommunications networks are making response plans.

According to the forecast from the Cao Bang Provincial Hydrometeorological Station, from July 21 to 23, many areas in Cao Bang province are forecast to have heavy rain with rainfall ranging from 40 - 150mm, due to the influence of storm Wipha.

Faced with complicated weather developments, local functional units have deployed many response measures, ensuring safety and maintaining essential activities for people.

In order to support people to stay in touch during heavy rain, Viettel Cao Bang has established 10 free battery charging points at stores and transaction points across the province. Here, people can come to charge their phones and communication devices for free.
