On the afternoon of January 2, Da Lat City Police coordinated with Lam Dong Province's professional units to examine the scene and investigate the cause of the man's death. The location of the man's death was at km 227+100 (National Highway 20) on Prenn Pass, in Ward 3, Da Lat City.
Initial information, at noon of the same day, people discovered the man dead at the bottom of the cliff. The incident was reported to the authorities and local government.
