The discovery of an abandoned newborn baby occurred on the morning of August 4 in Hoa Loi ward, Ho Chi Minh City (Road 506, Quarter 2, Tan Dinh ward, Ben Cat city, old Binh Duong province).
Initial information, on the morning of the same day, people heard the argument between a man and a woman on Road 506. However, when people came to check, the couple had left.
At this time, a cardboard box was left on the side of the road. People opened the paper box and discovered a newborn baby boy inside, still alive.

The incident was then reported to the authorities. Tan Dinh Medical Station, Hoa Loi Ward then went to the scene to receive a medical examination and provide initial care for the baby. Initially, the child's health was determined to be stable. The units have drawn up records of the abandoned children.
At 11am the same day, Tan Dinh Health Station took the baby to Binh Duong General Hospital for further better care. After the child's health is stable, the units will carry out the next legal procedures.
