Mr. Tran Ngoc Hai, 65 years old, living in Thanh Da apartment building, said that in the past few days, the whole family has lived in anxiety because they are worried about fallen trees. However, after seeing the government organize the cutting down of trees, I felt more secure. "This type of tree has existed for many years, creating shade. But uprooting trees is very dangerous, affecting people, so cutting them down is necessary to ensure safety," said Mr. Hai.

Previously, according to people's reflection, since noon on July 20, during the thunderstorms, the top trees were uprooted, but fortunately they had not fallen. People then fence off and put up signs to warn people not to approach the area. The big tree was planted in the residence decades ago, the tree canopy is now higher than the 5th floor of the residence, so there is a potential risk of falling.

According to the leader of Binh Quoi Ward People's Committee, immediately after receiving feedback from the people, the locality organized the cutting down of the toad to ensure the safety of people's lives and property. "The cost of cutting down trees will be paid according to local infrastructure regulations," said a representative of Binh Quoi Ward People's Committee.
