Decision No. 15/2025/QD-TTg stipulates standards and norms for the use of machinery and equipment. The decision takes effect from July 1, 2025.

The maximum purchase price of home computers, laptops, tablets, and corresponding information technology equipment does not include copyright for software products, system software, and other application software.
The maximum number of machines and equipment specified in the following numbers 3, 4, 5 and 6, Section B applies to all positions at agencies, organizations and units.
In case of individual replacement of tables or chairs for a set of tables and chairs, the price of the table is 60% of the price of a set of tables and chairs, the price of a chair is 40% of the price of a set of tables and chairs.
In case the standards and norms for machinery and equipment specified in the following numbers 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Section B are calculated by decimation, it will be rounded (For example: Round the number 0.21 to 1; round the number 9.68 to 10).
