Na Hau is a particularly difficult commune of Van Yen district located in the core area of Na Hau Nature Reserve and is a long-standing settlement of the H'Mong clans.
In recent years, the forest has always been a source of life and protection for the H'Mong ethnic people in Na Hau commune. To protect the forest as well as promote the long-standing customs and traditions of the H'Mong people, every year, the people in Na Hau commune celebrate the Forest Festival.
The forest Tet is built on the traditional historical meaning and long-standing customs of the Mong people with the meaning of feeling the sky and earth, thanking the forest and mountain god, praying for the gods to protect, protect and help the H'Mong Na Hau people have a healthy, happy and peaceful life; for trees, livestock and poultry to develop, for the longevity of families along with the thousand green color of primeval forests.
Forest Tet has existed since the H'Mong Na Hau people migrated here to establish villages, settle villages and become a cultural activity and folk beliefs, creating a unique cultural nuance. According to tradition, Na Hau Forest Tet will be held on the last lunar day of January.

This year, the People's Committee of Van Yen district will organize a ceremony to announce the Decision and award the national intangible cultural heritage certificate "Forest Worship Ceremony of the H'Mong people, Na Hau commune" from February 26 to February 27 (ie January 29 to 30, At Ty year).
After the big festival night with the theme "Together say in the big thousands" at Na Hau commune stadium, there will be a fireworks display from 9:30 p.m. to 9:40 p.m. on February 26.
The forest worship ceremony will start at 8:00 a.m. on February 27 at 3 traditional forest worship sites of Na Hau commune (Trung Tam village, Ban Tat village, Ba Khuy village).
There will be an "Exploration Run in the Mid-Autumn Festival"; competitions and performances of folk games, cultural and artistic performances of the H'Mong people; sightseeing and tourism activities; H'Mong market with the theme "Mid-Autumn Festival Market"...
