    Mr. V.X.V in Ho Chi Minh City expressed that the total actual time they participated in social insurance was 19 years and 8 months, but VSSID only shows the time of social insurance participation of citizens at the nearest company is 11 years and 2 months.

    Citizens said they tried to call the switchboard but were always busy. This raises concerns about citizens' social insurance contribution time.

    Citizens request the Ministry of Finance to guide them on how to fix it so that VSSID displays their insurance participation time correctly, so that citizens can use online public services effectively.

    Regarding the content of the question, Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance replied as follows: Through checking professional software data, Xom Chieu grassroots Social Insurance has fully updated Mr. V's social insurance participation process from January 2005 to September 2025, which is 19 years and 8 months.
