The Congress is also a major forum for union members and workers nationwide to send their thoughts and aspirations; propose solutions to care for jobs, lives, and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers in the context of digital transformation, international integration and organizational structure arrangement.
The delegation of Gia Lai Provincial Trade Union was headed by Mr. Ha Duy Trung - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial Labor Federation.
These days, delegates actively prepare content to participate in the congress, and at the same time strengthen grasping the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers at the grassroots level to promptly reflect practical issues posed to the Trade Union organization.

We want to bring the voice of workers from the great forest to the blue sea to the congress; especially the thoughts of workers in remote and isolated areas, ethnic minority areas, industrial production areas, services and marine occupations. Through this, propose more practical solutions to better care for the lives, jobs and rights of union members and workers" - Mr. Ha Duy Trung shared.
With careful preparation and a sense of responsibility, the Gia Lai Provincial Trade Union Delegation expects to make positive contributions to the overall success of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress; and at the same time spread new belief and spirit to union members and workers throughout the province in the new development stage.
