After the arrangement, Cu cut district plans to have 3 more administrative units including: Dak Wil commune (merged from Dak Wil commune, Ea Po); Nam Dong commune (merged from Nam Dong and Dak D'rong communes); Cu cut commune (merged from Tam Thang commune, Truc Son commune, Ea T'ling town, Cu K'nia commune).
Dak Mil district is expected to have 4 administrative units after arranging: Thuan An commune (merged from Dak Lao and Thuan An communes); Duc Lap commune (merged from Dak Mil town, Duc Manh commune, Duc Minh commune); Dak Mil commune (merged from Dak Gam, Dak N’Drd and Dak R’la communes); Dak Sak commune (merged from Dak Sak, Long Son and Nam Xuan communes (Krong No district)).
Krong No district plans to have 4 administrative units including: Nam Da commune (merging Buon Choah, Nam Da and Dak So communes); Krong No commune (merging from Dak Lam town, Dak D'ro commune and Tan Thanh commune); Nam Nung commune (merging from Nam N'da and Nam Nung communes); Quang Phu commune (merging from Duc Xuyen, Dak Nang and Quang Phu communes).
Dak Song district plans to have 4 administrative units after the arrangement including: Dak Song commune (merged from Dak Mool and Dak Hoa communes); Duc An commune (merged from Duc An town, Nam Binh and Dak N'Drung communes); Thuan Hanh commune (merged from Thuan Ha and Thuan Hanh communes); Truong Xuan commune (merged from Nam N'Jang and Truong Xuan communes).
Dak G'long district plans to have 4 administrative units including: Ta Dung commune (merged from Dak Som and Dak R'mang communes); Quang Khe commune (merged from Quang Khe and Dak Plao communes); Quang Son commune; Quang Hoa commune ( Maintained).
Gia Nghia city is expected to have 3 administrative units at the commune level: Gia Nghia 1 ward or North Gia Nghia (merged from Dak Ha commune (Dak G'long district), Quang Thanh ward, Nghia Thanh ward, Nghia Duc ward); Gia Nghia 2 ward or Nam Gia Nghia (merged from Dak R’moan commune, Nghia Phu ward, Nghia Tan ward); Gia Nghia 3 ward or Dong Gia Nghia (merged from Dak Nia and Nghia Trung wards).
Dak R'lap district is expected to have 3 commune-level administrative units including: Kien Duc commune (merged from Kien Duc town, Kien Thanh commune, Nghia Thang commune and Dao Nghia commune); Nhan Co commune (merged from Dak Wer, Nhan Co, Nhan Dao communes); Quang Tin commune (merged from Quang Tin, Dak Sin, Hung Binh, Dak Ru communes).
Tuy Duc district plans to have 3 more commune-level administrative units including: Quang Tan commune (merged from Dak Ngo and Quang Tan communes); Tuy Duc commune (merged from Quang Tam, Dak Buk So and Dak R'tih communes); Quang Truc commune ( Maintained).
Quang Truc commune has a natural area of 559.81 km2. This is the locality with the largest natural area in Dak Nong province. This commune also ranks second in the country in terms of natural area, after Krong Na commune, Buon Don district (Dak Lak).
Secretary of the Quang Truc Commune Party Committee, Mr. Doan Le Anh, said that the whole commune has about 2,000 hectares of cajuput, with about more than 1,000 hectares harvested. Quang Truc commune is the locality with the largest case area in Dak Nong province and is one of the localities producing the most cases in the country.
Thanks to natural advantages, the attention of authorities at all levels and the rising internal resources, people's lives have now improved, with an average income of about 26 million VND/person.
In 2025, Quang Truc commune strives to reduce the poverty rate from 21. 30% to more than 11.9%.
