On July 1, the Northern Power Corporation (EVNNPC) held a ceremony to announce the Decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Tran Ho Nam, Director of Thai Nguyen Power Company, to hold the position of Director of Lang Son Power Company.
Mr. Tran Ho Nam was appointed to replace Mr. Pham Ngoc Minh, former Director of the Company, who retired at his personal request. The decision takes effect from July 1, 2025, with a term of office of 5 years.
Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Mr. Luong Minh Thanh, Deputy General Director of EVNNPC, presented the decision to transfer, appoint and assign tasks to the new Director Tran Ho Nam.
EVNNPC leaders expressed their confidence that in his new position, Mr. Tran Ho Nam will promote his experience and management capacity, build a united, creative and democratic collective; at the same time, lead Lang Son Power Company to successfully complete the production and business tasks assigned by the Corporation and the People's Committee of Lang Son province.
Mr. Luong Minh Thanh also emphasized that from now until the end of 2025, Lang Son Power Company needs to focus on directing the implementation of EVNNPC's key project in the province, especially the project to build the 110kV Lang Son - Na Duong Thermal Power Plant line.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Ho Nam expressed his gratitude for the trust of EVNNPC leaders and pledged to focus his intelligence, promote a sense of responsibility, maintain discipline and internal solidarity.
He said that he will work with the Company's leadership to build a sustainable development strategy, in line with local realities, ensuring a safe, stable and quality power supply, contributing to the socio-economic development of Lang Son province, while enhancing the reputation of EVNNPC and Vietnam Electricity Group.
Also at the ceremony, EVNNPC representative announced the Decision to withdraw from the regime for Mr. Pham Ngoc Minh, former Director of Lang Son Power Company.
