Speaking at the conference, Politburo Member, Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung highly appreciated the serious and proactive preparation of the Standing Committee of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee in thoroughly grasping and implementing the resolutions and conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat.The province has promptly provided complete dossiers and documents; proactively reviewed and overcome some shortcomings that the working delegation pointed out during the supervision period.
At the same time, organize serious dissemination, popularization and concretization into action programs; thereby directing the entire political system, from top to bottom, to get involved.
The province has developed a plan to deploy and implement the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus, including public non-business units; arrange and consolidate personnel, basically meeting task requirements. The implementation of the 2-level local government model is carried out relatively methodically and synchronously, clearly showing the spirit of proactiveness, determination and responsibility.
At the grassroots level, localities have issued working regulations, assigned specific tasks, established specialized agencies and public administrative centers, and gradually stabilized the operating mechanism of the new model.
