On July 12, the leader of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor said that the work of receiving and managing assets after the reorganization of the trade union apparatus has been basically completed. Thereby, ensuring smooth trade union activities after the merger of provinces.
Currently, Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor has received 895 grassroots unions, with a total of 89,193 union members.
The province is managing many housing and land facilities, including: 9 headquarters of the Provincial and District Labor Federations; Suoi Dau Industrial Park Workers' Culture and Sports Center; Provincial Industrial Parks and Economic Zones Trade Union Agency; Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Culture House; Provincial Labor Federation Sports Gymnasium in Cam Ranh City.
During the reorganization process, Khanh Hoa has 8 district-level Labor Federations and the Industrial Park - Economic Zone Trade Union under dissolvement.
To ensure maintaining operations after the merger, the Provincial Federation of Labor proposed to keep 6 houses and land as workplaces for the Trade Union Working Committee, the Industrial Park Trade Union Committee and the commune and ward trade unions.
Specifically, the facility at 35 Hung Vuong, Nha Trang ward, with a floor area of 1,255m2, is proposed to be retained as a working place of the Standing Agency of the Provincial Labor Federation and the Trade Union Working Committee.
The facility at 6 Le Thanh Ton, Nha Trang ward, with a floor area of 1,014m2, is expected to continue to be the workplace of the Industrial Park Trade Union and the ward trade union.
The Provincial Federation of Labor also proposed to keep the facility in Cam Ranh city and Ninh Hoa town to serve the trade union at the commune and ward levels.
For the Suoi Dau Industrial Park Cultural and Sports Center - Trade Union of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Khanh Hoa province, with a floor area of 1,995.6m2, it is proposed to be retained as a working place for the representative of the Industrial Park Trade Union Board. In which, it serves workers at Suoi Dau Industrial Park, Dien Phu Industrial Cluster and Dac Loc Industrial Cluster.
In particular, the old facility of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Federation of Labor (old) is proposed to be kept as a second facility to manage grassroots unions and union members at production and business units in the southern area of Khanh Hoa province.
For housing and land facilities that are no longer in need of use, they will be transferred to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for management.
fixed assets, tools and tools from these facilities will be handed over to communes for continued management and use, avoiding waste of public assets.
