To date, Gia Lai province has completed the entire 2025 target with 12,520 newly built, repaired houses, and support for poor, near-poor households and policy families, reaching 100% of the set plan.
Of which, 2,451 houses are for people with revolutionary contributions and relatives of martyrs; the rest are for poor, near-poor households and households that have just escaped poverty. The total implementation cost is more than 807 billion VND, mobilized from many resources.

The program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses has received widespread consensus from the people, the active participation of the entire political system, mass organizations, armed forces and the business community.
The army forces in the whole province contributed more than 42,600 working days, transporting thousands of tons of construction materials; the police force mobilized over 3,000 working days, mobilizing more than 1,000m3 of sand, stone and dozens of tons of cement, corrugated iron, and bricks.
The Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and its member organizations also contributed more than 22,600 working days along with many household items and equipment.
At the meeting, Gia Lai Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung emphasized that this result demonstrates the political determination, solidarity and responsibility of the whole province in "leaving no one behind".
"The province has mobilized all resources from the state budget, social resources, businesses, philanthropists to the working day of the mass organizations and people, especially the drastic participation of the Police and the Army. The Steering Committee has assigned specific tasks, completely resolved difficulties, contributing to the completion of the plan assigned by the Government", said Mr. Ho Quoc Dung.
