Initial information, at around 8:30 a.m. on September 30, at Km 18, National Highway 34, through Bac Biu village, Ngoc Duong commune, a passenger bus carrying 15 people traveling in the direction of Bac Me - Ha Giang when passing through the spillway suddenly stalled, trapped in the floodwaters.
Immediately after receiving the report, the functional forces of Ngoc Duong commune arrived promptly, organized the evacuation, and rescued all passengers on the bus to safety.
Currently, the passenger bus is still stuck between the water and the authorities are urgently deploying measures to move the vehicle out of the danger zone.
The flood situation is still complicated, the authorities recommend that people and vehicles absolutely do not move through the overflow bridge area when the water rises and the flow is fast-flowing to ensure the safety of life and property.
