In order to serve the travel needs of cadres, workers and people in the western area to the eastern part of Hai Phong city and vice versa, while encouraging people to use public transport, HP15 train departs at Hai Duong station at 6:20 a.m., stops at Thuong Ly station at 7:04, and arrives at Hai Phong station at 7:17 a.m. In the opposite direction, the HP16 ship will maintain its current journey.
In order to encourage officers, workers and people to use the train on their business trips, the Railway Transport Joint Stock Company has reduced the monthly ticket price from VND 1,500,000 to VND 800,000/month, and arranged suitable food and beverage services and utilities on the train to better serve passengers.
The company cooperates with Vietnam Railway Corporation to strengthen communication forms, coordinate with agencies, unions and localities to disseminate and mobilize cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers working in the Hai Duong - Hai Phong area to use train vehicles to ensure safety, economy and reduce traffic congestion.
