On January 29, 2026, at the International Convention Center (ICC), the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation for People with Disabilities organized a ceremony to introduce the program "Vietnam Disability Day - Inspire Fest 2026".
This is the opening activity for a series of events oriented to build into a national brand, organized annually in the three regions of North - Central - South, aimed at the community of more than 8 million people with disabilities nationwide, on Vietnam Disability Day (April 18).
Inspire Fest 2026 has profound social significance, and is also a practical activity to celebrate the success of the 14th National Party Congress, towards the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the 70th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam Youth Federation.
The program contributes to concretizing the guidelines and policies of the Party and State in caring for and ensuring rights, creating conditions for people with disabilities to participate more fully in all areas of social life.

Inspire Fest 2026 is positioned as a platform to connect and unleash human potential, in which people with disabilities are not only beneficiaries of policies but also active participants in labor, creativity and contribution to common development.
Through the formation of a multi-dimensional connecting space, the program aims to spread human values, promote initiatives for people with disabilities and gradually replicate effective integration models.
Inspire Fest 2026 is identified as a milestone launching a long-term strategy with a new approach in supporting and promoting the role of the community of people with disabilities in the new development stage of the country.
The program creates a dialogue forum between management agencies, social organizations, the business community, international organizations and press agencies, thereby connecting resources, towards building an ecosystem to support people with disabilities in a comprehensive, sustainable and in-depth direction.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Pham Van Thanh - Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Disabled Youth - said that besides the policies of the Party and the State, people with disabilities need open spaces to be listened to, given opportunities and seen as positive subjects of development. Inspire Fest 2026 was born from the aspiration to promote a shift in social thinking, from "helping" to "empowering", from "supporting" to "accompanying", from looking at limitations to identifying potential.
Within the framework of the program, the Vietnam Association of Disabled Youth announced the "The Inspirer - Inspirer" award, to honor individuals, families, organizations and companions who have persistently cared for, supported, and empowered people with disabilities to overcome difficulties and rise up in learning, labor, and life.

The Central Committee of the Vietnam Association of Disabled Youth signed a cooperation agreement with JMB Vietnam and InfoRe Technology, sponsoring 100,000 scholarships to train skills in using artificial intelligence tools on the LuyenAI.vn platform. Cooperation agreements aim to support people with disabilities to access digital technology, improve professional skills and expand sustainable job opportunities.
JMB Vietnam and BigYes are two co-organizers of the program, accompanying community activities for vulnerable groups, contributing to creating positive, safe and humane experience spaces.
