    At 0:40 on October 28, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team on the River received a rescue report from the 114 Command Information Center about a motorcyclist who had an accident and fell into a ditch and went missing in the ditch of Quyet Tien pumping station, Nam Do Son ward.

    The Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team on the River urgently dispatched a water rescue vehicle and 6 officers and soldiers of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Team, especially elite in water, to the scene quickly, coordinating with the Fire Prevention and Rescue Team of Region 3 to deploy a search team.

    At 1:42 a.m. the same day, the forces found the body of the victim, Mr. K.V.C (born in 1995, residing in Nghe An province), and handed it over to Nam Do Son Ward Police for investigation and handling according to regulations.
