According to Mr. Nguyen Duy Giang - Chairman of La Phu Commune People's Committee, Trai Au land, Doc Lap village has an area of 3,704 m2, managed by La Phu Commune People's Committee, not allocated or rented to any households or individuals.
According to the plan, this land area will be used to build a cultural house and a road to Doc Lap village's cultural house.
However, from 2018 until now, the family of Mr. Nguyen Hung Dan and his son Nguyen Hung Toan have been appropriating part of public land to build permanent houses and auxiliary works.
The leader of the People's Committee of La Phu commune said that in recent times, despite propaganda and advocacy from the government, Mr. Dan's family still did not comply with the dismantling of construction violations, causing pain and frustration among workers. people.
Therefore, forcing the implementation of remedial measures against Mr. Nguyen Hung Dan is a necessary measure, ensuring the strictness of the law on handling administrative and land violations, and at the same time not allowing violation occurs.
