The Hanoi Department of Construction has just issued a document announcing the pilot adjustment of traffic organization on Hoang Hoa Tham and Ngoc Ha streets to ensure traffic safety and order, urban order in area A1 in Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City.
On Hoang Hoa Tham Street and Ngoc Ha Street: Passenger cars with 16 seats or more (buses and armed forces vehicles are allowed to operate) are prohibited from operating on Hoang Hoa Tham Street (in the direction and section from Mai Xuan Thuong to Ngoc Ha Street) and on Ngoc Ha Street (in the direction and section from Hoang Hoa Tham to Le Hong Phong).
Traffic flow for passenger cars with 16 seats or more on Hoang Hoa Tham Street (in the direction and section from Mai Xuan Thuong Street to Ngoc Ha) and on Ngoc Ha Street (in the direction and section from Hoang Hoa Tham Street to Le Hong Phong), travel in the direction of Mai Xuan Thuong - Hoang Hoa Tham - Hung Vuong - Hoang Van Thu - Doc Lap - Chu Van An - Le Hong Phong - Ngoc Ha - Hoang Hoa Tham;
On Ngoc Ha Street: Cars are prohibited from operating from 6:30 am to 12:00 pm (buses and armed forces vehicles are allowed to operate) in the direction and direction from Hoang Hoa Tham Street to Le Hong Phong.
On Le Hong Phong Street: Traffic is banned from cars with more than 16 seats turning around at the Ngoc Ha - Le Hong Phong intersection.
This traffic organization adjustment content replaces Notice No. 1188/TB-SGTVT dated November 24, 2023 of the Hanoi Department of Transport on the pilot plan to adjust traffic organization on Ngoc Ha Street and Hoang Hoa Tham Street in Ba Dinh District.
The pilot implementation period starts from March 29, 2025 to August 29, 2025.
The Department of Construction requested the Department of Maintenance of Inter-village Infrastructure Works to implement the adjustment of the sign system, supplement the traffic safety system, install additional signs, paint lines... according to the pilot plan to adjust traffic organization.
