According to the report of the Economic Department (Quy Oai Commune People's Committee, Hanoi), in the first 3 days of July, there were 10 cases of violations of public land, agricultural land, and construction order in the commune. Violations have been required to be stopped immediately and handled in accordance with regulations.
The local government has also reviewed the results of land management work, assigned specific tasks to local officials, and discussed many options for handling real-life situations.

Faced with the trend of land and construction order violations increasing again at the time when the new local government comes into operation, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quoc Oai Commune Nguyen Huu Son requested strict handling, no forbidden areas for all violations.
The Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee of the Economic Department completed the report and developed a handling plan. At the same time, it is required that competent authorities establish a specialized working group on land management and construction order to handle it thoroughly.

In Chuong Duong commune, after the 2-level local government model was officially put into operation, local authorities have inspected and handled a series of violating constructions, including previously pending cases that have caused public outrage.
Since July 1, the leaders of the Commune People's Committee and specialized departments and offices have directly inspected the site and directed the handling of illegal construction households. Typically, Mr. T.D.H's household in Hamlet 2 was discovered to have built a factory of 1,177m2 on agricultural land; in Mai Xa village, Mr. D.T.V's household was also handled for illegally building a factory of 250m2.
The People's Committee of the commune also mobilized two households in Ha Vy village (old Le Loi commune), including the families of Mr. N.V.V and Mr. N.V.Q, to voluntarily dismantle the illegal construction (each household about 60 square meters).
Thanks to the propaganda and support of the authorities, the households coordinated to complete the demolition on July 1, returning the agricultural land to its original state.

Mr. Tu Ngoc Thanh - Chairman of the People's Committee of Chuong Duong commune said that Chuong Duong commune (new) has a natural area of over 27.7km2, a population of over 60,000 people, including the old communes such as Tu Nhien, Chuong Duong, Thang Loi, Le Loi and part of To Hieu, Van Nhat.
With the characteristics of many craft villages, high demand for production premises but industrial cluster planning has not yet met the requirements, the situation of land use for the wrong purpose has been complicated for many years.

Mr. Tu Ngoc Thanh affirmed that he will continue to review and determine the scale and subjects of violations for handling according to regulations. Violating works will be required to be dismantled and restored to their original state. The locality will also issue a decision to sanction and resolutely enforce if necessary.
"In the coming time, the commune will publicly announce violations on the communication system, increase inspection, early detection and handling from the beginning. The commune is determined not to let any new violations occur" - Chairman of the People's Committee of Chuong Duong commune emphasized.
