Hanoi urgently poured 20 billion VND to Trung Gia commune, Da Phuc commune to prevent floods and storms

Hanoi - The Hanoi People's Committee decided to supplement with a target from the City budget to the budget of Trung Gia and Da Phuc communes with a total cost of 20 billion VND to prevent floods and storms.

The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 5075/QD-UBND dated October 10, 2025 on targeted supplementation to the budget of Trung Gia commune and Da Phuc commune in 2025 to carry out flood and storm prevention work in the area.

Accordingly, the People's Committee decided to supplement with a target from the city budget in 2025 to the budget of Trung Gia and Da Phuc communes with a total budget of 20 billion VND.

Of which, Trung Gia commune received 10 billion VND, Da Phuc commune received 10 billion VND. The funding source is from the City's budget reserve in 2025.

Responsibility of the People's Committees of Trung Gia and Da Phuc communes: Pull in additional funds with targets from the City budget to the commune budget to promptly implement flood and storm prevention work according to regulations.

Trung Gia and Da Phuc communes appealed to the Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the People's Council at the commune level for related contents according to working regulations.

The People's Committees of communes are responsible for organizing the implementation of flood and storm prevention work in the area; managing and using allocated funds to ensure proper purpose, savings, efficiency and payment and settlement according to the provisions of the State Budget Law and current regulations.

In case the additional funds are not fully utilized with the target, the People's Committees of communes are responsible for refunding the City budget in 2025 according to regulations.

This decision takes effect from October 10, 2025.
