According to the latest report from Ha Tinh, as of 7:00 a.m. on September 30, storm No. 10 has killed 1 person (Mr. Nguyen Van Tinh, Quang Tien village, Duc Thinh commune fell and died while the tiled roof was blown off on the morning of September 29); 15 people in many communes and wards were injured.
There were 84,584 damaged houses (Some communes had many damaged houses such as: Mai Phu 6,331 houses; Bac Hong Linh 3,290 houses; Gia Hanh 3,000 houses; Can Loc 2,939 houses; Thien Cam 2,980 houses; Dong Kinh 2,385 houses; Cam Binh 2,560 houses; Tung Loc 2,200 houses; Ha Huy Tap 1,850 houses; Dong Tien 1,200 houses...) and many auxiliary structures were damaged.
1,552 hectares of crops fell (some communes suffered a lot of damage such as: Son Kim II 108ha; Son Tay 22.5ha; Son Giang 80ha...); many fruit trees were broken; thousands of poultry died...
936.9 hectares of aquatic products were flooded (freshwater springs, shrimp farming, and mollusks), of which the communes were severely damaged, including: Tran Phu ward 120 hectares; Dong Tien 73 hectares; Can Loc 25 hectares; Son Tien 35 hectares; Cam Binh 10 hectares; Dong Tien commune 73 hectares), with 9,400 m3 of damaged cages; estimated total aquatic product damage of 1,500 tons.
2,075 electric poles were broken (some communes had many broken columns such as: Mai Phu 100 poles; Nghi Xuan 100 poles; Son Tien 75 poles, Dong Tien 70 poles, Can Loc 62 poles; Thach Lac 35 poles, Vung Ang 30 poles...).

408 schools were damaged and had their roofs blown off. In which, localities were severely damaged, including: Ha Huy Tap 9 schools; Cam Binh 11 schools; Thanh Sen 11 schools; Tran Phu 11 schools; Can Loc 8 schools; Mai Hoa 4 schools; Vu Quang 8 schools; Song Tri 7 schools; Vung Ang 8 schools; Ky Khang 9 schools, Hai Ninh 8 schools, Dong Tien 7 schools; Thach Lac 5 schools; Thach Khe 8 schools; Huong Pho 10 schools; Nghi Xuan 13 schools...
68 medical facilities were damaged and had their roofs blown off (3 in Cam Xuyen; 3 in Thach Khe; 2 in Vung Ang; 1 in Cam Hung; 01 in Truong Luu; 2 in Ha Huy Tap; 3 in Cam Binh...).
By 7:00 a.m. on September 30, 34/69 communes and wards had been completely supplied with electricity; 15 communes and wards had been partially supplied with electricity and the remaining 20 communes and wards could not be repaired.
The province has mobilized forces to support people to overcome the damage caused by storm No. 10.
Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union has dispatched more than 5,000 youth union members from communes and wards to support the cleaning of schools; helping households to re-roof their houses.
