On October 17, the Lam Dong Provincial Department of Finance reported to the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee on the disbursement of public investment capital in 2025.
Accordingly, in 2025, Lam Dong province's public investment capital plan is more than VND 18,600 billion, but so far the locality has only disbursed more than VND 5,100 billion, reaching 27.4% of the plan.
According to the Lam Dong Provincial Department of Finance, the locality currently has 72 projects with more than 11,100 billion VND allocated but has only disbursed more than 1,400 billion VND. Of which, the Tan Phu - Bao Loc Expressway and Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway projects have been allocated more than VND 5,000 billion but have not yet been disbursed.
Tan Phu - Bao Loc and Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway are two key projects and Lam Dong provincial leaders regularly inspect and urge them, but still face difficulties due to problems in compensation and site clearance.
Tan Phu - Bao Loc Expressway along with Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway are important components of the Dau Giay (Dong Nai) - Lien Khuong (Lam Dong) Expressway. Of which, the Tan Phu - Bao Loc Expressway is 65.88km long, with a total investment of more than VND18,000 billion, expected to start construction in December. This route has a starting point connecting to Dau Giay - Tan Phu Expressway (Dong Nai), an ending point in Ward 1 Bao Loc (Lam Dong).
Meanwhile, the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway is 73km long, with a total investment of nearly VND18,000 billion. This project started at the end of June, expected to be completed and put into use by the end of 2027.
