The Department of Home Affairs of Hai Duong province has just sent a document to the People's Committees of districts, towns, cities; associations assigned by the Party and State at the provincial level in Hai Duong province on the temporary suspension of handling administrative procedures for associations.
In Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW of the Politburo, the Secretariat on the implementation of research and proposed to continue reorganizing the apparatus of the political system, including content related to "Developing a project to reorganize and streamline the Fatherland Front agencies, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State after the merger and consolidation".
To implement policies and guidelines related to streamlining the apparatus and improving operational efficiency, the Department of Home Affairs of Hai Duong province has commented on temporarily suspending the settlement of administrative procedures arising after January 1 for associations assigned by the Party and State from the provincial to the communal level, waiting for the direction of the Central Government on the arrangement of the apparatus of the political system.
Administrative procedures proposed to temporarily suspend the settlement include: Procedures for recognizing the Association's Mobilization Committee; Procedures for establishing associations; Procedures for reporting the organization of associations, term conventions, and extraordinary associations of associations; Procedures for notifying the results of the congress and approving the Association's name change, approving the Association's charter; Procedures for division, separation, merger, and consolidation of associations; Procedures for associations to dissolve themselves; Procedures for allowing associations to set up branches or representative offices; Procedures for allowing associations to operate again after being suspended for a period of time.
