Hai Duong province plans to organize the acceptance of the completion of the project to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses and put them into use in the first phase on the occasion of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday on May 19 (expected to be held from September 15 to 19), in order to organize propaganda and launch the emulation movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the province.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province assigned the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to urgently urge, urge and supervise the construction work at households to ensure quality and the prescribed time. At the same time, review, urge, and make a list of households that have completed the new construction and put it into use before May 15 (each district, town, and city has 15 newly built households), to organize the inauguration ceremony on the occasion of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday anniversary on May 19.

Preside over and coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs and relevant units to advise the People's Committee of Hai Duong province to develop a plan to organize the acceptance and inauguration of the project to put it into use in the first phase on the occasion of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday anniversary on May 19.
