The Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board has just coordinated with the City Military Command to organize a ceremony to announce the Decision to establish the Military Command Board and appoint officers of the Military Command Board of enterprises in the Industrial Park and Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone.
At the ceremony, the organizing committee announced the Decision of the Commander of the Hai Phong City Military Command on the establishment of 9 Military Command Boards of enterprises in the Industrial Park and Economic Zone of Dinh Vu - Cat Hai, including: Bucheon Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Trang Due Industrial Park; Dai Duong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. and Tongwei Vietnam Co., Ltd. in An Duong Industrial Park; Hilex Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Japan Industrial Park - Hai Phong; Chilisin Vietnam Electromagnetic Co., Ltd., Amtran Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. and Jasan Vietnam Co., Ltd. in VSIP Industrial Park; Viet Nhat High-grade Steel Joint Stock Company in Nam Cau Kien Industrial Park; Pha Le Plastic Production and Technology Joint Stock Company in Dinh Vu Industrial Park. Bringing the total number to 25 self-defense units at enterprises in the Industrial Park and Economic Zone.
At the same time, announce the Decisions to appoint the Commander of the Military Command, Political Commissar of the Military Command, Deputy Political Commissar of the Military Command, Deputy Commander of the Military Command of Companies under the Military Command of Hai An, An Duong, and Thuy Nguyen districts.
The establishment of a self-defense unit at an enterprise aims to protect security and safety, serve the interests of the enterprise, and help the enterprise respond promptly to unexpected situations such as fires, floods, natural disasters, epidemics, etc.; The establishment of a Military Command Board at an enterprise creates a favorable environment, conditions, and premises, promoting the development of the enterprise. The operating costs of the self-defense force are deducted from the taxes payable by each enterprise; Participants in the Self-Defense Board can be used flexibly as forces in the security and office sectors; Workers in production lines are not recruited so as not to affect the targets and labor productivity of the enterprise.
This is an activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2024), and the 35th anniversary of National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 - December 22, 2024).
In the coming time, the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board will continue to coordinate with the City Military Command to establish more self-defense units at FDI enterprises in the Industrial Park and Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone.
