In Bach Long Vi special zone, Cat Hai special zone - Lan Ha Bay, Hon Dau island, Nam Do Son ward, Do Son ward, inland areas in the Northeast and Southeast (including forecast points Thuy Nguyen, Le Chan, Hai An, Duong Kinh, An Duong, An Lao, Kien An, Tien Lang, Vinh Bao) with common rainfall of 150-250mm, locally over 250mm.
In the mainland of the Northwest and Southwest, including forecast points Hai Duong, Chi Linh, Thanh Ha, Kim Thanh, Ninh Giang, Thanh Mien, Cam Giang, Kinh Mon and Tu Ky, rainfall may fluctuate from 100-200mm, with some places over 200mm.

It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, the tropical depression will strengthen into a storm, storm No. 1 operating in the East Sea in 2026 and heading towards the Gulf of Tonkin.
The impact of the storm's circulation is wide, with the risk of thunderstorms, tornadoes and strong gusts of wind both before and during the storm's landfall.
At sea, the impact of the tropical depression later strengthened into storm No. 1, the western sea area of the Northern East Sea (including the Hoang Sa special zone) has strong winds of level 6-7, then increasing to level 8-9, waves 2-4m high, the area near the storm center 3-5m high, very rough seas.
From the night of July 3rd, the sea area of the Northern Gulf of Tonkin (including Bach Long Vi special zone, Cat Hai special zone, Cat Ba sea area, Lan Ha Bay) will gradually strengthen to level 6-7, then increase to level 8-9, waves will be 2-4m high, the area near the storm center will be 3-5m high, the sea will be very rough.
From the night of July 4th, the coastal sea area of Hai An ward, Dong Hai ward, Nam Trieu ward, Do Son ward, Nam Do Son ward, Duong Kinh ward, Chan Hung commune, Hung Thang commune, Kien Hai commune is likely to have strong storm winds of level 5-6, gusts of level 7-8.
