The accident occurred on the afternoon of July 28 on DT.746 road, Thuong Tan commune, Ho Chi Minh City.
Initial information, at around 3:00 p.m. the same day, people heard a very loud noise on DT.746 road. When they went out to see, people saw the accident between two dump trucks carrying construction materials.
At the scene, two dump trucks with HCMC license plates competed head-on. The cabins of the two vehicles were stuck together and deformed. The accident left 2 drivers trapped in the cabin. People reported it to the authorities immediately.
Upon receiving the report, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police and Traffic Police quickly arrived at the scene.
The authorities and local people broke the cabin doors of the two vehicles to rescue the driver.
The two drivers were taken out of the car in serious condition and taken to the emergency room immediately.
Currently, Ho Chi Minh City Police are examining the scene and investigating the cause of the accident.
