With the goal of soon putting it into operation, promoting the efficiency of capital sources and connecting infrastructure, the Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee directed relevant units to focus on definitively handling each remaining problem. The implementation must be specific, clearly responsible and linked to the progress of each project. Investors are assigned the role of focal points, presiding over coordination with the Land Fund Development Center, local authorities and departments and branches to develop detailed plans.
The plan content includes the implementation roadmap, site clearance plan, construction progress and ensuring material sources. Each project must have a clear and feasible progress milestone. These plans must be reported to the City People's Committee before March 31, 2026 to serve monitoring and direction.
At the same time, the city requests a review of contractor capacity. Weak and slow-progressing cases will be handled. When necessary, contracts can be terminated to replace capable units, ensuring overall progress.
For new projects, the City People's Committee agreed on the policy of surveying and proposing investment in access roads at some key bridges. Specifically, including: DH14 bridge, DH7 bridge - Thon 3 bridge, Nghia Tu bridge, Nguyen Duy Hieu bridge and Quang Da bridge.
In which, Dien Ban Ward People's Committee is assigned to preside over proposing the project of access road to DH14 bridge, the section under its management. The remaining projects are chaired by the Department of Construction, in coordination with the Project Management Boards and localities to study and advise on implementation.
This directive shows the determination to remove infrastructure bottlenecks. When the access roads are completed, traffic connectivity will be significantly improved, creating motivation for socio-economic development in related areas.
