At the same time, there are 5,406 overdue dossiers being processed. Among them, the Department of Agriculture and Environment has 2,064 dossiers, Ia Hrung commune 250 dossiers, Phu My Dong commune 225 dossiers, Mang Yang commune 221 dossiers...
The situation of thousands of overdue and slow-receiving dossiers has negatively affected the quality of service to people and businesses, and at the same time caused the province to be deducted points in the criteria "Progress of resolution, Satisfaction level" under the Index of serving people and businesses.
Faced with this situation, the Office of the Provincial People's Committee requested agencies, units, and localities to urgently clarify the causes of delays in receiving dossiers, seriously criticize and review officials and civil servants who are slow to implement.
Thoroughly grasp that officials assigned to receive dossiers and return results must check and receive dossiers online daily, and prevent the situation of delays from recurring, especially for dossiers on specialized software.
The Commune-level People's Committee directs officials at the Commune-level Public Administrative Service Center to strictly implement the receipt of dossiers within the scope of resolution of the Branches of the Land Registration Office, avoiding the situation of shirking responsibility, affecting the indicators serving people and businesses of the province.
