Recently, according to information from the People's Committee of Lang Son province, the unit has just issued a document on agreeing the location and scale of the rest stop on the Huu Nghi - Chi Lang border gate expressway.
Accordingly, the construction location is expected to be on both sides of the Huu Nghi - Chi Lang expressway, at the route Km26+700 - Km27+150. The location is in Yen Son village, Dong Kinh ward, Lang Son province.
The land use area is about 13.5 hectares (about 6.75 hectares on each side).
The proposed construction items include: food service houses, commercial and retail houses, resting service houses, maintenance and repair workshops, fuel stations, electric charging stations, water supply stations, pumping stations, parking areas, including super-school and super heavy vehicles...
Previously, Cao Bang province and investors also agreed on the location and scale of some rest stops.
Station No. 3 is located in Thach An district, with a scale of about 5 hectares (the total area of the station is about 10 hectares).
The No. 4 rest stop cluster is located in Trung Khanh district, with a scale of 10 hectares or more, depending on the progress of the implementation of the functional areas: rest stops, border gate commercial services, golf courses, resorts, etc.
Along with the above rest stops, there is currently a rest stop on the Bac Giang - Lang Son expressway with a scale of nearly 10 hectares being invested in and built at Km81+600.
For the Hanoi - Bac Giang expressway, 2 rest stops at Km120+200 (P) and Km145+800 (T) are now put into operation.
Thus, from Hanoi to Cao Bang, after the expressways are completed and put into use, it is expected that there will be 8 rest stops.
