On the morning of May 11, at the 2nd session (specialized session), the 17th Hanoi City People's Council passed a Resolution Regulating the content and level of expenditure to support a number of forces in ensuring security and order and performing political tasks under the Hanoi City Police.
The subjects of application include officers and soldiers of the investigation force, the Administrative Management Police force for social order, the Traffic Police force, the mobile police force, functional departments, police stations in security and order work and performing political tasks under the Hanoi City Police.
Regarding the content of support, principles, and funding sources for implementation, the Resolution stipulates monthly support for officers and soldiers of the Office of the Investigation Police Agency, the Criminal Police Department, the Economic Police Department, the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order, the Traffic Police Department, the Mobile Police Department, the Finance Department, the Telecommunications, Informatics and Cipher Department, the Logistics Department, the Personnel Organization Department, the Political Work Department, the City Police Inspectorate, the City Police Party Committee's Inspection Committee, and the Police Station under the Hanoi City Police with a level of 5 million VND/person/month.
In case an officer or soldier in many positions enjoys the city's policies, they will only receive the highest level of support. The funding for implementation comes from the city budget.
