On August 7, information from Vietnam Airports Corporation (ACV) said that for package 6.12 - Construction of a traffic system connecting routes 1 and 2 - the consortium of contractors is simultaneously implementing construction phases.
Up to now, Line 1 has been technically opened to traffic on April 30, 2025 on schedule; Line 2 has basically completed the construction of foundation items, road foundations, and intersections, and is currently implementing the construction of asphalt concrete road surface items, expected to be completed and opened to traffic before September 2, 2025.
Package 6.12 - Construction of a traffic system connecting routes 1 and 2 worth VND2,630 billion, the contractor is a joint venture of Deo Ca Group Joint Stock Company - Thang Long Corporation - Khang Nguyen Construction Investment Joint Stock Company - Hoang Long HT Trading and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company - 368 Construction Investment Joint Stock Company - Hoang Long Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
The adjustment progress of the package is: Route 1 and National Highway 51 intersection will be technically opened to traffic before April 30, 2025, completed acceptance and put into use in September 2025 (3 months shorter than the contract).
