Third, strengthen job counseling and introduction activities so that those who quit their jobs can access businesses and organizations that need to recruit workers as soon as possible, especially the organization of job exchanges for establishments and exchanges for each group of subjects and occupations; provide information on the labor market... the role of Employment Service Centers is very important.
Fourth, each locality has support activities on business startups, capital, technology, output markets, business governance... for those who want and desire to establish businesses, create jobs for themselves and attract more workers.
Fifth, strengthen propaganda and dissemination work so that businesses, training units, and employers can raise awareness and understanding of legal regulations; join hands to share, support, and bring benefits when employers soon have better jobs and jobs, stabilizing their lives.
