Guiding the research group of students, Ms. Doan Minh Thu - Lecturer at the Vietnam - UK Research and Training Institute, Danang University said that the device integrates an airbag that automatically activates within 0.5 - 1 second, immediately protecting the user from serious injuries due to falls.
The fall detection system achieves an accuracy of more than 95%, combined with an alarm and location to attract help from the surrounding area and receive timely medical support. The product has a compact design, is easy to wear, and feels comfortable when used. In particular, the product has a low price, suitable for the economy of most families in Vietnam.

“Through the Festival, the Central Youth Union has honored and rewarded 660 outstanding works, solutions, initiatives, and creative products of young people in various fields of life and society,” said Mr. Cuong.
