Accordingly, at about 8:32 pm on May 13, specialized agencies received a signal of an incident at the 35kV line 379E12. 2.
Immediately after receiving it, Lao Cai Power Company arranged personnel to inspect the scene.
The preliminary cause was determined to be that the victim voluntarily climbed onto the power pole to get the bird's nest, violating the high voltage safety distance, leading to electric shock causing death.

The victim is S.A.C, born in 2015, residing in Pa Hu village, Tram Tau commune, Lao Cai province.
At the scene, the location of power pole No. 92 of line 379E12. 2 is a structure consisting of 2 centrifugal concrete poles 12 m high, fully installed with warning signs and pole number plates in accordance with regulations.
The cause of the incident is being further investigated and clarified by local authorities.
To minimize electrical accidents, Lao Cai Power Company recommends that people absolutely do not climb on power poles or approach high-voltage power lines in any form.
