The Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team on the River coordinated to organize a training session to disseminate legal knowledge on fire prevention and fighting and rescue at Hai Phong Port Joint Stock Company.
The training was attended by about 105 officers, workers and members of the fire prevention and fighting and rescue team at the facility. At the training session, officers of the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Team on the River disseminated the Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue along with related legal documents; instructed on fire prevention measures and fire safety inspection methods at the facility.
Workers are also introduced to basic fire fighting techniques and tactics and handling procedures when fires and explosions occur; practicing safe escape in a fire and explosion environment. At the same time, experience the use of existing vehicles, equipment, fire prevention and fighting systems and fire trucks at the unit.
The training session helped cadres, workers and grassroots fire prevention and fighting forces raise awareness of complying with regulations on fire prevention and fighting and rescue, and have skills to handle arising fire and explosion situations.
