In 2025, Ninh Binh province was assigned to select 1,350 citizens to join the Ministry of National Defense and 269 citizens to join the Ministry of Public Security.
With the motto "recruiting the right person", localities in Ninh Binh province have focused on overcoming difficulties and improving the quality of all stages of military recruitment.
To ensure strict and objective military recruitment, the local Military Service Councils have directed the effective implementation of the Law on Military Service. Organized checks to ensure the source of military recruitment, and publicized the subjects who are temporarily deferred or exempted from military service according to regulations.
With the responsible and active participation of the entire political system and the sense of responsibility of the youth, the military recruitment work in 2025 of Ninh Binh province is guaranteed. In the whole Ninh Binh province, 35.5% of young people voluntarily applied for military service; 67% of young people have health of type I and type II; 10.8% of young people have intermediate, college and university degrees; 5.6% are children of officials, civil servants and public employees.
In order to create conditions for young people to have a better development environment in the army, localities have selected and introduced 501 outstanding young people to participate in Party awareness training classes, and before the day of enlistment, more than 300 young people had the honor of joining the Party.
The 2025 military enlistment ceremony was solemnly organized by localities in Ninh Binh province, truly a festival for young people to follow in their fathers' footsteps. This is a meaningful event, affirming the tradition of patriotism and readiness to contribute of Ninh Binh youth in particular and the whole country in general.
