According to the Ha Tinh Employment Service Center, after the recruitment announcement, on December 15 and 16, the unit coordinated with Vinhomes Ha Tinh Industrial Park Investment Joint Stock Company to organize preliminary selection and interviews for more than 2,200 people.
Out of more than 2,200 applicants, 500 workers will be selected and recruited to work in the following positions: General production workers; Team leaders, production, maintenance, quality; Welding, mechanical, painting, electrical, electronic, electrical/mechanical repair workers, forklift and crane operators; Warehouse data management workers; maintenance workers, quality workers; security guards.
According to the recruitment notice, the salary of the employee can be up to 20 million VND/month. In addition, there are other bonuses and ensuring full payment of social insurance and health insurance according to regulations.
On December 8, the investor, Vinhomes Ha Tinh Industrial Park Investment Joint Stock Company, held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Vinfast Ha Tinh electric car factory in Vung Ang Economic Zone.
This is a project with a total investment of 7,300 billion VND on an area of 36 hectares. The VinFast Ha Tinh factory is expected to inaugurate phase 1 in July 2025 with a capacity of 300,000 vehicles/year, then the capacity can be increased to 600,000 vehicles/year.
Once operational, the factory will create nearly 6,000 jobs for local workers, which could increase to over 15,000 jobs depending on the actual situation.
VinFast Ha Tinh factory will focus on producing two car lines VF 3 and VF 5 with main components such as chassis, engine, electronic components... imported from VinFast Hai Phong factory.
