Localities have basically disbursed funds to households to rebuild and repair their houses, with VND60 million for completely collapsed houses and VND30 million for severely damaged houses. Yen Bai City is the only locality that has disbursed 100% of the allocated support funds.
Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee requested localities to review and accurately count damage data to avoid additional data. Pay attention to social security work and complete the allocation of support funds for households suffering damage to people and property.
Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Bai province Tran Huy Tuan requested to focus on disbursing allocated resources to ensure proper policies and to the right subjects.
Localities that have not yet collected statistics on agricultural production losses need to urgently complete reports to disburse support to people; review households that do not have land to build houses to support them, and ensure the target of 100% of households with housing losses have new houses before Tet.
