In the past 24 hours, the rainfall in the plains has reached 50 - 100mm, in the mountainous areas 100 - 200mm (Hong Trung alone recorded 209mm). It is forecasted that today (November 7), the rain will decrease, generally 30 - 70mm.
Therefore, the Hue City Hydrometeorological Station has issued the final bulletin on this rain. After storm No. 13 made landfall, the storm's circulation weakened very quickly.
Since morning, people, tree workers, environmental sanitation workers, along with the government and armed forces have urgently cleaned up and overcome the consequences of the historic flood.

The Hue Monuments Conservation Center said that all relic sites in the area have reopened, ready to welcome visitors after the flood. The cleaning and landscape renovation work has been completed, ensuring safety and aesthetics for visitors to experience the heritage.
This morning (November 7), the sea area of Hue City has winds of level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7; rough seas, waves from 2 - 3m high. From the afternoon of the same day, the wind will decrease to level 4 - 5, and the sea will return to normal.
On land, strong gusts of wind were recorded at level 7 - 8 (the strongest at A Luoi, level 8 at 10:30 p.m. on November 5).
Currently, the water level on the Huong and Bo rivers fluctuates at approximately level 2; it is forecast to peak above alert level 2 early this morning (November 7), then gradually decrease, ending the flood.
