On the afternoon of June 24, the People's Committee of Bau Ham commune reported to the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Dong Nai city about the damage caused by heavy rain accompanied by tornadoes on June 23 in the commune.
Accordingly, at 1:30 pm on June 23, heavy rain accompanied by tornadoes occurred in Bau Ham commune, causing some households to suffer damage to houses and crops.

Specifically, 5 households had their roofs blown off, 1 chicken farm and 60 households with an area of about 80ha of banana trees were damaged.
Immediately after the natural disaster occurred, Bau Ham Commune People's Committee and the Commune Civil Defense Command promptly directed forces to coordinate with the Hamlet Board and households to participate in overcoming, cleaning up houses, and cutting down fallen trees onto the road to ensure traffic safety.

Regarding damage to crops such as banana trees, the Commune People's Committee has directed the Economic Department to notify relevant agencies, hamlets, and households affected by crop damage to review, inspect, and make a list to provide support according to current regulations to help affected people soon stabilize their lives.
