Reporting to the inspection team, Director of the Tuyen Quang Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board Nguyen Thien Tuyen said that the section passing through the old Tuyen Quang province, 77km long, has simultaneously deployed 6/6 packages to build the road and bridge on the route. The lighting system construction package has not yet been implemented.
To date, the entire route is mobilizing more than 114 construction teams, with nearly 1,058 pieces of equipment and machinery in operation. The total construction value of the project is currently at about 41.0% compared to the contract value.
The project has completed the investment of 12.5km of the first section of the route, from the Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho expressway intersection to the National Highway 37 intersection, with a scale of 4 lanes. The remaining section, from Km 12+500 to Km 77+ back, about 64.5km long, is under construction on a scale of 2 lanes.
Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway (phase 1), the section passing through Ha Giang province (old) is over 27km long. The project is invested in the construction of 4 lanes, with a total investment of more than 5,000 billion VND. The site handover has now been completed, and contractors are focusing on human resources and machinery to carry out the construction.
After listening to the report, Minister Tran Hong Minh suggested that the province quickly complete the procedures to implement phase 2 for the 64.5km section through Tuyen Quang (old) from 2 lanes to 4 lanes, synchronizing the entire route. At the same time, quickly implementing investment steps to implement the Tan Quang section to Thanh Thuy international border gate.
At the inspection, Minister Tran Hong Minh and leaders of Tuyen Quang province presented gifts and encouraged contractors and workers to make efforts to overcome difficulties to complete the set plan.
