The above policy of the government was implemented after the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council passed a Resolution of the same name issued in June 2024.
According to the Resolution of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council, organizations and individuals submitting administrative procedures online will be exempted from 100% of fees and charges.
Administrative procedures include procedures for granting construction permits; granting business registration certificates; granting work permits to foreigners working in the province; civil status fees, residence registration fees; fees for providing information on transactions secured by land use rights and assets attached to land; fees for exploiting and using land documents; fees for appraising dossiers for granting land use right certificates.
There are also a number of other procedures such as fees for granting certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights, and assets attached to land; appraisal fees for granting certificates of eligibility to operate sports facilities in the province.
Implementation period from the effective date of the Resolution until December 31, 2025.
