On October 28, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province plans to implement the Data Strategy at the National Data Center in the area.
According to the plan, the province aims to complete the connection, integration and sharing of data between specialized database systems, shared data with the national general database by 2025, and to 2023.
This is considered an important step in the process of digital transformation, building a digital government and developing a digital economy in Khanh Hoa.
By the end of 2025, Khanh Hoa will coordinate to form a national comprehensive database at the National Data Center and synchronize data from national databases, specialized databases and other data sources.
About 70% of human data and data related to Vietnamese citizens and foreigners living and working in Vietnam will be integrated and synchronized into the national comprehensive database.
The province also aims to complete data architecture, data models, standards and systems for data confirmation and authentication between national and specialized databases.
Departments, branches, sectors and localities will complete the classification of data according to the provisions of the law on data and personal data protection.
According to the plan, 100% of eligible administrative procedures will be provided in the form of full online public services; at least 80% of administrative procedures are processed online; 40% of the adult population uses online public services.
Khanh Hoa province also strives for 100% of administrative procedures under the authority of provincial and commune levels to be provided online throughout the entire process on the National Public Service Portal; 100% of administrative procedures related to enterprises are conducted online, ensuring connectivity, transparency and efficiency, minimizing paperwork.
Notably, the administrative procedures will be implemented regardless of administrative boundaries within the provincial level, creating favorable conditions for people and businesses when performing electronic procedures.
Khanh Hoa aims to have 100% of shared and specialized databases connected, integrated and shared synchronously with the national general database.
All administrative data of the province will be centrally managed, secured and exploited to serve socio-economic development, contributing to building a modern, transparent and effective digital government.
